all right and welcome to this video on how to subscribe to a teacher's website this is going to make me informed. Something's happening assignments at are uploaded post that's what you do anything about you just get an email when is updates and it will let you know and you can browse otimo could be deceiving me to jump to the website so get some more details so let's get started it's not too bad just website are you going up Reagan academy.org I need to scroll down a little bit so I showed here where I got that quick link staff directory highlighted he can't quite see it when you first opened up and you got to scroll down and click on that staff directory then get this screen on the left of the page or just going to have all the staff you got to scroll through by grade or the better option is his type into that staff to search and type in the name of the teacher don't put a titles I can try to type mr. pool it won't find me but if you just want cool it will pull me up very quickly or whatever teacher you're looking for but I intend to get to the website you click on their name it's in bold that's the tricky part sometimes you like I don't know how to get there cuz he can't click on the face it's got to be clicking on the name once you're on their General website so this is my general site on the right as is currently it's got very little on there cuz it's but you can click on the Subscribe button that's in that box with my face an email and the phone number for me here at the school so you click on that subscribe button is going to pop up in this little image is on the bottom left the Apostle pop-up you fill it out with your name right first and last your email phone is optional I mean with the school has your phone on record we don't really need it it's helpful sometimes I know who you are but it's not the end of your student's name required fields in absolute find at your emails that's my general class that would be helpful if you want to know things like oh Mister who was uploaded this for like some general thing I don't know if we were to do the Criss tree giving things a little bit different this year I could upload the wish list for Mystikal's classroom for Christmas on my journal page but most of the stuff is going to go to the specific class for your student you really want to subscribe to this specific class not the general page welcome to do both rarely I'll post both sides most often I posted on the class specific page for the for the clothes on the general pay to a spouse on the class page you're going to subscribe to the class specific page get there you click on one of the three classes if they have made them and linked them in there so for me I got three classes I teach maybe that your teacher has things you might have a class for their reading page is my side up if you're looking at a younger Elementary student so but you can click on any of those classes so I'm on my 7th grade 1 and what's on here it pulls up my page now my face is gone but it's still talking to his instructor is talking about what department is or how many files I've uploaded just got a few on there right now and then it has a general course description but what we want to do subscribe again so there's that subscribe I email listen to boxes white not kind of dark grey black and you click on that and it opens a very similar pop-up it's only slightly different it at the same information but you pull that up again put in the required information you're welcome put the optional stuff but it really isn't needed and you'll get the emails periodically as we go through the class it's very very fast and efficient and you should have some self-control later how often you get emails but it's great some teachers I want to see a shout out what we are going to use this calendar on a Spire I don't use it on our website I do everything come through with spires wife I don't use that one down there but something just might so if your teacher is going to use that you can subscribe to that calendar as well just underneath the Scribe by email for the general page for the assignment calendar but I don't know of any changes right now in recruitment planning on it you never know pay attention to the same things on the calendar that's the one they mean so this is how you subscribe to a gentle to his page or the specific class for a teacher and that would make it a lot easier for you as a parent or a going to keep up on announcements and updates as best as we can give them
