Mindfulness (Period 4)
Course Description
Welcome to Mindfulness Class!
This class is a daily opportunity for students to slow down, reset, and build lifelong tools for managing stress, emotions, and focus. Using research-based strategies and the Toolbox for Tweens and Teens, students will learn practical habits that support emotional wellness, self-awareness, and resilience. Each day includes a short lesson followed by time for reflection, journaling, or quiet study—helping students reenter their day with greater calm and clarity. Our classroom is built on respect, encouragement, and the belief that every student has strengths worth growing and sharing.
