Concert Band

Welcome to Concert Band for the 2024-2025 year! I am so excited to have you in class! Below is the disclosure statement for band. It will have my grading scale, attendance policy, concert dress requirements, and any performance dates. I will hand out a copy to your student on the first day of school. Please sign and return it by Friday, August 16th. Also, here is the supply list: Traditions of Excellence books 1 and 2 (for your instrument), a black binder with 5-10 sheet protectors, and a pencil. Please feel free to email me with any questions. If you are playing percussion, you will need a percussion kit with a practice pad, drumsticks, a metal glock (xylo), mallets, and a stand. (Just look on Amazon at percussion kit. You can also get them at any music store like Booth Brothers or Summerhays and even pawn shops.)
