Percussion Ensemble

Welcome to Percussion Ensemble for the 2023-2024 year! I am so excited to have you in class! Below is the disclosure statement for percussion. It will have my grading scale, attendance policy, concert dress requirements, and any performance dates. Please go through it and digitally sign it by Friday, August 18th. Also, here is the supply list: a practice pad, a set of drumsticks, a pair of xylophone mallets, a black binder with 15-20 sheet protectors, and a pencil. If you have a metal glock (xylophone) please bring that too. Or for one of the returning percussion students bring your percussion kit. Please feel free to email me with any questions. If you are playing percussion, you will need a percussion kit with a practice pad, drumsticks, a metal glock (xylo), mallets, and a stand. (Just look on Amazon at percussion kit. You can also get them at any music store like Booth Brothers or Summerhays and even pawn shops.)
