Hello friends!

 

We often observe the movement of animals to inspire our movement exploration at Reagan Academy.  This week I am sharing many links from the Loveland Living Aquarium.  They are making resources available that are educational, fun and interesting.  I hope you will visit them.  You could identify the movement and energy qualities of the animals you see, and try those ways of moving yourself.  You could create a dance with a clear beginning shape, middle movement sequence, and a clear ending shape.   Once you have practiced it you could find music from the music resources listed below and share it with your family.
