Tickets to our performance of the Pirates of Penzance Jr. will be on sale starting tomorrow. They are $4 in advance and $5 at the door. You can purchase them at the front desk. Tickets always sell out quickly so get them early!!

Thanks to all the students who participated in our Veterans Day program yesterday. It was a beautiful and moving performance. We will now be getting ready for our Christmas concerts.

The Reagan Academy 6-8th grade after school drama club will be presenting The Pirates of Penzance Jr.  on Friday, November 20th at 7:00 pm, Saturday, November 21st at 2:00 and 7:00 pm, and Monday, November 23rd at 7:00 pm. Tickets will go on sale starting Friday, November 13th and can be purchased at the front desk. Ticket prices are $4 in advance and $5 at the door. Hope to see you there!!

The 5th graders and the middle school choir will be performing next Wednesday at 9:00 am in a special Veterans Day Program. It will be held in the gym and parents are more than welcome to come and watch their student perform.

Congratulations to all those who performed in the concert this morning- it was a huge success!! We will be continuing to work on Christmas music next week in the band and choir classes. Theater will be performing their newest scenes for each other next week.

Have a fabulous Fall Break and remember that all late/missing work is due on Monday, October 19th with no exceptions.

The end of the term is coming up fast! Please make sure that your student has all their work in. All missing/late work is due by Tuesday, October 20th.

Thanks to all the parents that I saw during SEP's. It was so great to visit with you. If you were unable to come and see me, please check your students grades on Aspire. They are always up to date by Fridays. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me I will be out of town next Monday-Wednesday, but I will be more than happy to get back to you when I return on Thursday.

There will be no Pirates of Penzance rehearsal on Monday.

The daughters and Frederic have rehearsal next Monday and Frederic, Ruth and the Pirate King have rehearsal next Friday. All fees are due on the 22nd which is next Tuesday. Please let me know if you have any questions.

We are learning all the songs this month to the show and we will be blocking next month. Please make sure that your student is at all the rehearsals for their group. This is very difficult music. I do have a CD that can be taken home and burned to the computer. I just need it brought back the next day.

I am posting the Pirates of Penzance calendar. There is one mistake, instead of having practice on Monday, September 7th, the daughters will have rehearsal on Tuesday, September 8th. I am so sorry for the mix up.

I am so excited to use these new band books because they have a lot of new benefits to students. One of them is that you can download the book on your computer and your student can then play along with it and hear their part. It also allows them to record themselves playing and email it to me. I will be attaching the instructions on how to download. Please help and allow your student to take advantage of this technology. It is one way that parents can help their student practice correctly. There are also helpful videos an private lesson tips for each of the different instruments. Please email me if you have any questions.
